Hyosung Partnership

NextBranch is a subsidiary of Grant Victor, Hyosung's largest U.S. reseller partner and 2025 Partner of the Year. That recognition reflects the depth of integration between the two companies and the results that integration produces for the financial institutions we serve.

What This Partnership Means for Your Institution

Most ATM providers purchase equipment from a manufacturer and then manage the relationship from there. The manufacturer is a supplier. If something goes wrong that requires manufacturer involvement, it goes through a support channel.

NextBranch operates differently. Because of the scale and tenure of our relationship with Hyosung, the manufacturer is directly integrated into our service model. When we need a part, we don't submit a ticket and wait. When a technical issue requires escalation beyond our team, we go directly to Hyosung's engineering resources. When Hyosung develops new products or capabilities, NextBranch is involved in testing and feedback before those products reach the broader market.

This direct access translates into three things you will notice as a customer:

About Hyosung

American ATM Markets

Hyosung entered the North American market in 1998 and has become the largest provider of ATMs in the United States by total installed base, serving both financial institutions and retail locations. Among financial institutions specifically, Hyosung is the third-largest manufacturer behind Diebold Nixdorf and NCR.

Financial Self-Service Equipment

Hyosung's equipment is known for reliability, modular design, and cash recycling technology. Their ATMs and ITMs support core integration with major processors including Fiserv (Premier and DNA), Jack Henry (SilverLake and Symitar), and FIS. This core integration capability is what enables ITMs to go beyond basic ATM transactions and handle loan payments, account access, mini statements, cardless authentication, and higher withdrawal limits.

Market Advantage

Hyosung is headquartered in Irving, Texas, with a Global Software Center in Dayton, Ohio. They are the only manufacturer of both ATMs and Teller Cash Recyclers in North America, which gives them a unique perspective on how self-service and teller-line technology work together in a modern branch.
